Shipping is absolutely FREE, worldwide, NO minimum order required, for all clothing.

For Herbal and Gift products, shipping fees are calculated for each individual item. Add item to your cart to see its shipping price!

Ordering more than one herbal or gift product? Don't forget to use code "COMBINE" at checkout to receive a combined shipping discount!

Clothing: Your order will be processed and shipped in 1-4 business days from the manufacturers in China. Shoes are special order items and can be expected to ship in 5-10 days. Depending on the location of your country, delivery times after shipment generally vary between 10-25 business days, but no more than 35 business days.

**Please keep the delivery estimate in mind if you are ordering under time constraints.

Herbal & Gifts: Orders are packed and shipped from the United States in 1-2 business days. Recycled and/or reusable packaging is used whenever possible. For domestic orders, delivery is estimated between 1-3 business days after processing. For international orders, delivery is estimated between 7-21 days after processing.

You may notice the return address for these orders will be that of a women's shelter; should your package become lost, it will be automatically donated to the randomly chosen women's shelter listed on the package's return address.

Yes, we certainly do!


Our head fairy, Kealie, crafts each herbal product. She makes them in her spare time under the moonlight in a small cluster of trees in her backyard. All products are crafted cleanly and carefully. Any hand-knit items are also made by Kealie.

All of our ingredients are from cruelty-free sources.

Our head fairy Kealie's grandmother passed away in 2016; a collector of antiques, she left behind a myriad of collectibles. As her family could sadly not keep them all, some of them have made their way here to find new homes. In addition, many of the hand-painted porcelain items were painted by hand by Kealie's late great-grandmother.

For the best shopping experience, please refer to the measurements listed in each product's description.

These measurements should be correct, but please allow for a 1-3 cm difference for a comfortable fit.

If your order has not been shipped, you may be able to make changes. Please contact us ASAP.

Factors like shine, sheerness, etc. may not always show well in photos. Knowing the fabric type of a product can be helpful in such cases.


Don't worry! If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately.

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. We do offer refunds, however, in certain cases. Information on such cases can be found below.

Refunds can be issued for either of the following:
◦ Your order is lost during shipping and does not arrive within 35 days.
◦ Your item is out of stock, in which case we will contact you and refund your money immediately.
◦ The unlikely case that an item arrives damaged; please contact us and provide photos of the damage within one week of receiving the item.

Refunds cannot be issued for any of the following:
◦ Sizing issues (please make sure to measure before ordering!).
◦ Small differences in color, as this is dependent on monitor settings.
◦ An order delivered within the shipping estimate, but claimed to be late.
◦ Reasons not described in the prior section.

If for some reason you receive the wrong item, you can either a) keep the wrong item, and we will send you the correct one free, or b) keep the wrong item, and accept a full refund.

Customers in countries such as the US may be surprised to find that not all countries sell clothes with button holes already slit! This most often happens with jeans, shorts, and similar sturdier fabrics (blouses & tops are usually already slit). A box cutter or sharp knife (careful!) will do the trick in a few seconds.

This is often the case with things like overall buckles as well. If you need help putting them on, you are always welcome to email us for tips!

Please note that Sweet Fairy is not responsible for customs fees, import fees, etc. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.

Similarly, please understand that if you input incorrect information, such as a shipping address, or your order is shipped back due to you not collecting it time, such issues are out of our hands.
